Welcome to Squishoo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit squishoo.store or buy from us. In these Terms, "Squishoo", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this store. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you buy for a child, you are responsible for supervising its use. Please give us accurate, up-to-date information when you order.

2. Our products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may look slightly different on your screen, and each squishy is soft foam that can vary a little in shape and scent. Our squishies are toys and fidget items. Please read the product page and packaging for care and safety information, keep small items away from young children, and use them as intended.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, and your order is only accepted once we confirm it. We may limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Prices, bundles and promotions may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you choose.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including the Squishoo name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to Squishoo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them to run and promote our store. Please make sure anything you send is honest, lawful and yours to share.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use our store for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. This includes trying to hack or disrupt the store, scraping content, or reselling our products without permission.

10. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party apps and services, for example for payments, delivery, bundles and chat. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
