Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Squishoo! This page explains how and when your squishies get to you.
Where we ship
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We don't ship outside the UAE at the moment.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Any shipping charge is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
- You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Estimated delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 5–6 business days after they ship. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays
Occasionally deliveries take longer than expected because of an incorrect address, courier delays or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Couriers in the UAE often call before delivery, so a correct mobile number helps your squishies arrive quickly.
