We want you to love your Squishoo order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.
14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Because squishies are soft, scented items that are handled and squeezed, we can't accept returns of used items.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions.
- Please don't send items back before your return is approved.
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. You won't pay any return shipping in these cases.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. After that, your order may already be processing or shipped, but we'll always do our best to help.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method in UAE dirhams (AED) within up to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Your rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law or other applicable law.
